Also...I've been eyeing up my toes for quite some time now and finally had the coordination to grab them! Lets just say that now I'm a bit obsessed with these tootsies of mine! I have to laugh at how mommy struggles to get my diaper on, because I like to keep grabbing at my feet, which makes it kind of hard, I'm sure!! I'm just so curious about everything now...discovering new things everyday!
I got to see the Severson clan on Sunday! Auntie Brenna graduated with a Masters Degree in Human Resources...smartie pants! She had us over for pizza and snacks, and we got to congratulate her on her HUGE accomplishment! I showed everyone how good I'm getting at sitting up, and also took a snoozer on Grandma K for a bit! I'm excited because I get to see her next weekend when we go up north for Memorial Day weekend.
What else is new...I get to meet daddy's aunt Laurie tomorrow. She's stopping by for a visit. I also heard mommy tell daddy that she is going to be gone all night on Saturday with her girlfriends in Wisconsin. She was crying because she said she is going to miss me so much and she's never been away from me for a night! Daddy told her that we'll be ok and that we'll have lots of fun, just the two of us! I'm excited to have a date day with my daddy...and I know mommy needs a little time away with her friends! Michelle is one of mommy's favorite friends, and Annie too, and she gets to go have fun with them at a casino in Wisconsin because Michelle is getting married this summer. I hope she has fun and, yes, I will miss her...but she deserves a night away!
